Harvey Reunion

We Harvey's had our reunion this year in Elkwater.  It was a beautiful setting with some very beautiful people.  Bryce and I took on the adventure of feeding the troops for the weekend and enjoyed getting to know some of the family better in the kitchen.  We  had a quad there for Grandpa Harvey to use and Sam could not get enough of it.

The lovely Grandma Rose who is a shining example of light and dedication and our beloved 'Silly Grandma'.

Our beach day was a bit cloudy but being Canadian we still enjoyed it fully.

A June Full of Cousins

Cheri, Lucy, Max and Mallory came for a summer visit and we loved getting to know them better and sharing some of their Canadian adventures with them.

Fun at Grandma's

Fun at a hotel in Calgary celebrating Jodie's birthday

Calaway Park!

Goodbye Brenten

We are so proud of Brenten who is now serving in the Halifax mission.  He is such a good example to all of us. This picture is a copy of one taken when Bryce left on his mission and was holding Brenten.

Happy Birthday Bryce

Bryce was in North Carolina on his birthday this year.  So we surprised him at the airport with some little birthday treats when he arrived home.  He flew into Edmonton airport so that we could attend Josh's baptism the next day.

We celebrated again in Panorama with G&G Salmon who spoiled us with a fun long weekend in the mountains.

Jasper Ski Trip

We headed to Jasper in April for some spring skiing.  It was Eloise and Sam's first time on the hill and they both did amazing.  We just did a half day and Bryce took the kids out one at a time while Ruth and I enjoyed the Lodge.  Terry and Nicole's crew were also there and so we had fun dining and swimming with them

We drove up to Maligne Lake one morning to check it out but it was pretty lame I guess they don't embrace the winter season out there.

Easter Celebrations

We enjoyed a snowy Easter in Edmonton this year, because of all the snow Edmonton had this year there was still lots left by April.  Some of our activities included Igloo making, paper boat races and enjoying Doug's hot tub.  The Easter Bunny visited the church building so that the eggs would stat dry and he was good to us.

When Sam spotted Uncle Terry resting he couldn't pass up enjoying some rest too.

Some of the cousins made paper boats to race  in the melting snow stream and Sam brought out the bathtub boat as his competitor.

Ruthie Girl

We have had such a wonderful time getting to know our news sister/daughter over these past months.  She  is such a sweet, calm, loving baby we love our 'Rufie Girl' (as Sam so lovingly named her).

This is pretty much Ruth's life and most of the time she loves it.  Here are a few shots of the times when the love is just too much.
