We were blessed to attend a Edwin Palmer family reunion this summer. The reunion started with a huge hail storm that destroyed all vehicles, trailers and RV's in the campground but some how left our tent in tact. After we settled all the insurance issues and sent our van away to never be seen again it was a fun filled weekend. We had fun playing at the park, baseball, swimming in the river, games and delicious food.
After the reunion we headed to Elkwater with Terry and Nicole for some more camping. It was great to see the kids enjoying their cousins and the outdoors. Our spot had a park, lake and field nearby and even a resident skunk.
Sam could not keep his shoes on and was constantly coming back to the site barefoot and we would have to go dig out his shoes.
A visit to the zoo and Grandpa's scooter was the hit of the party. The cousin would chase the scooter and then fight for a turn to ride on his lap. Great fun
